Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with IT teams, business users, vendors, contractors, and principals regarding IT operations and information security requirements.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of information security controls across IT infrastructure and operational environments.
- Assist in managing and monitoring security controls related to network perimeter protection, VPN access, and access control.
- Coordinate user access requests, access reviews, and access-related issues in accordance with established security procedures.
- Support the monitoring, reporting, and escalation of information security incidents.
- Coordinate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) or relevant security teams for incident investigation and resolution.
- Assist in monitoring security alerts and following up on findings or recommendations from security teams.
- Maintain security-related documentation, operational records, incident reports, and supporting evidence for compliance purposes.
- Follow up on IT security findings, corrective actions, and outstanding issues with the relevant stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of IT security policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare periodic reports on operational activities, security issues, and incident follow-ups.
- Ensure proper coordination and communication among stakeholders to support timely issue resolution.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience in IT operations, information security support, IT security administration, or a related role.
- Understanding of information security principles, IT infrastructure, network security, and access management.
- Familiarity with VPN, network perimeter security, and security monitoring processes.
- Understanding of security incident reporting, escalation, and coordination with SOC teams.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including IT teams, business users, vendors, contractors, and principals.
- Good documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a structured IT environment.
