Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect the organization's information systems and data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
2. Monitor the organization's networks and systems for security breaches or intrusions.
3. Investigate security incidents and coordinate response efforts to mitigate the impact.
4. Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the organization's security posture is robust.
5. Develop and conduct security training and awareness programs to educate employees on security protocols and best practices.
6. Liaise with different departments to ensure security considerations are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
7. Work with senior management to determine the organization's security goals and strategies.
8. Keep abreast of the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions to enhance themorganization's security
9. Create and evaluate SOC (Security Operation Center) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
2. Minimum Experience around 3-5 years of experience in IT security, especially in a similar industry.
3. Experience in handling and resolving security incidents is crucial
4. Experience in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, especially those pertinent to FinTech, like ISO 27001
5. Proficient in various security technologies, tools, and platforms.
6. Knowledge of network protocols, data encryption, firewalls, VPNs, and anti-virus software
7. Ability to analyze and solve complex security issues
8. Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and ability to implement risk mitigation strategies.
9. Strong ability to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
10. Experience in managing security-related projects
11. Given the sensitive nature of the role, meticulous attention to detail is crucial.
12. Ability to adapt to the rapidly changing cybersecurity landscape.
13. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve security issues promptly
