Deskripsi pekerjaan IT SAP FICO Specialist - FI Module - Business Partner to Finance PT Sinergi Performa Cipta
The ideal candidates must have experience in partnering with Finance team; will be as key of SAP FICO subject matter expert, partnering with business stakeholders to translate Finance and Accounting requirements into effective SAP solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong SAP FICO technical-functional expertise, business process understanding, and experience managing SAP solutions in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Key responsibilities would be as SAP FICO Solution Ownership, SAP Projects Transformation Delivery and Stakeholders and Vendors Management
Mandatory Requirement for Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 6–10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Specialist with strong functional business partnering with Finance's Controlling.
- Solid experience partnering with Finance teams to understand business requirements, optimize financial processes, and deliver SAP solutions that support business objectives.
- Strong business process knowledge in Finance and Controlling, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, Internal Orders, CO-PA.
- Experience managing SAP implementation, enhancement, rollout, change menagement and application support projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Indonesian citizen whom proficient in English, both written and spoken (Mandatory)
Role and Responsibilities
- Solution design, governance, and continuous improvement,
- Provide SAP expertise across key finance-related processes
- Integrating SAP FICO with MM and SD modules
- Manage SAP FICO application support, enhancement requests, incident resolution, and system optimization.
- FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA and CO-PC
- Define functional specifications, review technical designs, and ensure quality delivery.
- Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects, including change management.
- Support SAP S/4HANA migration and digital transformation initiatives.
- Act as the bridge between IT and Finance/business users to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, user acceptance testing, training, and change management activities.
