Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Sales Supervisor PT HASNUR INFORMASI TEKNOLOGI

Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Sales Lead or in a similar role within an IT solutions, software development, or IT consulting company.
Strong understanding of IT business solutions, including software development and consulting services.
Proven experience in lead generation, including identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and converting leads into deals.
Demonstrated ability in communication, negotiation, and leadership, with experience managing sales teams or initiatives.
Target-oriented with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Well-established professional network and ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Experience handling clients or projects in industries such as mining, agroforestry, and manufacturing is highly preferred.
Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into relevant IT solutions.
Excellent coordination skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
