Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in core banking and financial services sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within banking and financial institutions
- Manage and grow key client accounts, especially in core banking solutions
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Prepare proposals, lead presentations, and negotiate high-value contracts
- Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the banking industry
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IT industry, specifically in core banking solutions
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling enterprise-level clients (banking/financial institutions)
- Strong understanding of core banking systems, digital banking, or financial services technology
- Experience in managing sales team is a plus
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Target-oriented, strategic thinking, and able to work under pressure
