IT Reporting Staff Position Overview:
- Design, analyze, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP-related applications and reports across all modules to ensure seamless business processes.
- Provide comprehensive hardware and software support, including maintenance of workstations, peripherals, and standard office productivity tools.
- Monitor internet stability and act as the primary liaison with ISPs to resolve any connectivity or speed issues promptly.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure all tasks align with department SOPs, Quality and Environment Manuals, and ERP updates.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor of Computer Science Degree (S1)
- Work Experience is preferable.
- Highly motivated and willing to learn
- Having a high initiative and power analysis
- Will be placed in Cikarang
- Salary Negotiable
