Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews to identify and select suitable candidates for positions within PT Visionet Data Internasional.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing data.

• Handle administrative documentation and recruitment-related records accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure recruitment needs are fulfilled effectively.

• Assist in managing HR data and reports to support managerial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology

• Strong skills in interviewing, recruitment, and administrative tasks.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and multitasking environment.

• Willing to work in a target-driven environment and meet assigned deadlines.
