Job Description
We are looking for an IT QA Manual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of applications and systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing for mobile applications and related systems.
- Test and validate RFID reader functionality and integration.
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track bugs or system issues.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Work closely with Developers and other teams to investigate and resolve issues.
- Ensure applications meet business and technical requirements.
- Provide clear testing reports and communicate testing results to stakeholders.
- Work onsite when required for mobile application and RFID reader testing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as QA Tester / Manual Tester.
- Experience in manual testing of web or mobile applications.
- Good understanding of QA processes, test cases, and bug reporting.
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and able to identify potential issues.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work onsite when required, especially for mobile app and RFID reader testing.
- Experience with RFID, hardware integration, or device testing is a plus.
