Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in automation software testing or QA.
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail.
- Experience using automation testing tools such as Selenium, Katalon, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, workflows, and documentation best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and detailed test cases.
- Perform manual testing and document defects clearly and accurately.
- Track and manage bugs using test management and tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers to understand product features and expected behavior.
- Provide clear testing feedback, status updates, and issue reports.
- Evaluate usability and user experience during testing activities.
- Maintain complete documentation of test cases, test results, and defect logs.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards.
NOTE: Will be placed onsite at our client's office located in North Jakarta.
