Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 2–4 years of experience in IT project coordination or management.
3. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
4. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall; Agile preferred).
5. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Trello.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System), OMS (Order Management System), Omnichannel, e-commerce, or the retail fashion industry is an advantage.
9. Capable of working with minimal supervision.
10. Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organize, and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
3. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
4. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
5. Ensure compliance with IT project governance, security, and quality standards.
6. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices in project management.
