PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERTS: BANKING TRANSFORMATION
OPEN POSITIONS
We are looking for experienced professionals to drive our banking transformation initiatives across multiple specialized roles:
- PMO Lead / Coordinator
- Project Manager - Wholesale Transaction Banking
- Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master
- Project Manager - Cash Management
- Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master - Digital Banking
- Project Manager - Trade Finance
- Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master - Trade Finance
- Data Project Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop project plans and milestones.
- Manage business and IT stakeholders.
- Control risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor progress, budget, and quality.
- Report project status to management.
- Ensure all deliverables meet business targets.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years of experience for the PMO Lead / Coordinator role.
- Minimum 7 years of experience for all other Project Manager and Scrum Master roles.
- Experience must be in related domains within the banking/financial services industry.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Competencies are tailored to the role's specific domain, including Project Management, Agile Delivery, SDLC, Business Analysis, Product Management, Data Management, or other technical competencies.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL, CBAP, CDCS, DAMA CDMP, or other relevant professional certifications.
