Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager within a banking institution, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end IT projects.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple project priorities.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, vendors, and other related parties to ensure project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and provide regular status updates and reports to management.
- Ensure all project activities comply with organizational governance, security standards, regulatory requirements, and banking industry best practices.
