Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of system integration, APIs, databases, and application architecture.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in banking, fintech, payment systems, or digital financial services is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to implementation.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Developers, QA, Business Analysts, Infrastructure teams, and Vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage project resources and prioritize project activities.
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for management.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
