Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables while effectively managing project risks and issues.
- Apply Agile Project Management methodologies by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage and prioritize sprint backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Foster a self-organizing, collaborative, and high-performing Agile team culture.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project progress, milestones, and status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Project Management or Software Application projects, preferably in a Manager or Senior Manager role.
- Strong understanding of Project Management principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven ability to manage sprint backlogs and foster a self-organizing Agile team culture.
- Experience in the Payment Industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
