Key Responsibilities:
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software and web development projects.
You will play a pivotal role in
- Project Initiation: Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Project Planning: Creating detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Planning and leading IT development teams.
- Execution: Overseeing project execution, monitoring progress, and addressing issues.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
- Reporting: Providing regular project status updates and reporting on key metrics.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in IT project management
- Proven expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in leading and managing IT projects
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong ability to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is a PLUS
- Willingness to relocate to Yogyakarta and start immediately
