IT Project Manager
📍 Location: Cibubur - Bekasi / Onsite at Client Jakarta
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end application development projects. Candidates must have experience managing IT projects in the Financial Services industry, particularly Leasing, Banking, or Cooperatives.
Responsibilities
✓ Manage end-to-end IT projects from planning to Go-Live.
✓ Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
✓ Manage project scope, timeline, risks, and deliverables.
✓ Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
Requirements
✓ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
✓ Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
✓ Mandatory experience in Financial Services (Leasing, Banking, or Cooperatives).
✓ Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
✓ Familiar with BRD, FSD, SIT/UAT, Go-Live, and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar).
✓ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
