Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Project / Program Management.
- Strong experience in Agile delivery, governance, and stakeholder communication.
- Exposure to Data, Analytics, or BI programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the Data Acceleration Program.
- Manage project scope, schedule, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Indonesia and offshore locations.
- Drive governance meetings, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and escalation management.
- Ensure alignment between business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and handover readiness.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and according to agreed objectives.
