Job Overview
As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and CRM projects, including Salesforce implementations. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of initiatives that enhance efficiency, automate processes, and improve customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Led end-to-end delivery of strategic projects focused on digital transformation, automation, and operational efficiency across the telecommunications, automotive, banking, and insurance sectors.
2. Managed cross-functional teams including business users, technical teams, and external partners to ensure successful project execution aligned with organizational goals.
3. Manage multiple projects in implementing: single-tenant and multi-tenant, self-service or enterprise onboarding.
4. Oversaw the implementation of CRM systems (including Salesforce) to support B2B sales processes, improve productivity, and enhance customer engagement.
5. Directed initiatives to streamline and automate key business functions such as order management, approval workflows, billing, and partner management.
6. Designed scalable processes to support product bundling, revenue tracking, and performance measurement through customized tools and modules.
7. Monitored project scope, timelines, and budgets while identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
8. Manage the implementation phases: configuration, integration, data migration, UAT, training, and deployment.
9. Supported continuous improvement by gathering feedback, analyzing process gaps, and implementing actionable solutions.
10. Actively participated in project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication in both Agile and traditional project environments.
11. Bridging between the delivery team and the support team for project handover after the project is completed.
12. Coordinate and collaborate with the team in implementing standard operating procedures to improve work efficiency and team productivity.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager handling Salesforce-related projects, including CRM implementation, sales process automation, and system enhancements. Additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, or Scrum Master are a plus.
3. Proven track record of managing digital transformation and automation initiatives within the telecommunications or B2B sector.
4. Experience leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with business stakeholders, developers, QA.
5. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
6. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or Asana for task tracking and collaboration in Agile/Scrum environments.
