Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to manage IT projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
You will work closely with internal teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Indonesian citizen, maximum age 35 years
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing banking/financial technology projects
- Strong experience in one or more of the following:
- Banking Switching
- Card Management
- Mobile Banking / Internet Banking
- EDC Systems
- POS Systems
- Experience managing projects from planning through implementation
- Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Orange Scrum, Trello, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is an advantage
- Project Management certification is a plus
- Candidates must be based in Jabodetabek / Greater Jakarta
