IT Project Manager
Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to align IT solutions with business needs.
• Manage stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate project progress.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee resource allocation and project documentation.
• Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project execution.
• Conduct gap analysis, process improvements, and provide recommendations for IT solutions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management and/or business analysis.
• Background in consulting, telecommunications, banking, or insurance companies is a plus.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
• Proficiency in project management and BA tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, BPMN, etc.).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Having a certification in CAPM, PMP, or PMI-PBA is a plus
