Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Project Manager Atreus Global
Plan, manage, and monitor IT projects from initiation through completion.
Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and documentation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and coordinate appropriate mitigation and resolution.
Facilitate regular project meetings and provide project status updates to stakeholders.
Manage project scope, resources, dependencies, and priorities to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
Support UAT, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
Ensure proper project documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in IT Project Management or a similar role.
Experience managing or coordinating IT projects, system implementation, application development, or application enhancement.
Good understanding of IT project lifecycle, SDLC, project planning, and risk management.
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, especially when working with regional or multinational stakeholders.
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus.
Candidates who can join immediately or with a short notice period will be highly preferred.
