IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for manage IT project delivery (planning, executing, evaluating).
2. Preparing project implementation by creating Project Plan, Project Charter, and Kick-off Meeting Material.
3. Ensuring all projects are carried out based on the scope of work, timeline, and good quality.
4. Able to mitigate possible risks that may happen during the project
5. As Quality Assurance role for all stages and deliverable of Project.
6. Preparing and evaluate regular project status reports, identify challenges, recommend solutions and presenting to stakeholder or client.
7. Oversee project teams, including task assignments, performance monitoring, and ensuring team efficiency

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology or Information System with GPA min 3.0
2. Experienced in Project Manager at least 4 years.
3. Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
4. Able to operate Project Management tools
5. Proficient and Certified in Project Management, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile Project Management.
6. Familiar with industry frameworks and standards in IT Governance, Risk, & Compliance, IT Service Management, Cyber Security, etc.
7. Have a good communication skills and time management
