Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1+ years of direct project management experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Demonstrable experience managing core banking system implementation or enhancement projects is required.
- Experience with the Temenos platform is a significant advantage (mandatory).
Skills and Knowledge:
- Project Management: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and best practices.
- Core Banking Domain: A solid understanding of core banking modules and processes (e.g., Customer, Accounts, Deposits, Lending, Payments).
- Tools: Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Financial Acumen: Experience with project budget management and financial reporting.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify roadblocks and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track.
