Deskripsi pekerjaan IT PROJECT MANAGER PT Global LanceSoft Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT project delivery, from initiation and planning to implementation and closure.
Define project objectives, scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and manage changes.
Lead cross-functional teams and provide regular project updates to management.
Ensure deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile where applicable.
Requirements
Indonesian citizen, maximum age 35.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing banking and payment technology projects, such as:
Payment switching and card management systems.
Mobile banking and internet banking.
Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
Proven experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and implementation.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Orange Scrum, or Trello.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Agile methodologies.
Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
