Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to closure.
Handle software development project
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, Engineering, QA, Operations, and external vendors.
Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
Manage project changes, scope adjustments, and impact analysis.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure project documentation, governance, and compliance with company standards.
Track KPIs and prepare regular project status reports for management.
Support UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager and software developer preferably in IT or digital projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).
Nice to Have
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
Experience in banking, insurance, ERP, or enterprise systems.
Experience working with vendors or third-party partners.
