Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Project Management, Project Coordination, or Project Delivery.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, SDLC, and IT project implementation.
- Strong skills in project planning, timeline management, progress monitoring, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
- Experience working with banking or financial institutions is highly preferred.
- Knowledge or experience with Core Banking systems is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate technical teams, business users, and vendors.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and reporting skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and reporting practices.
- Willing to work on-site at UOB Plaza, Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor IT project activities to ensure delivery according to the agreed scope, timeline, and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
- Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and management to ensure effective project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Facilitate project meetings, track decisions, and ensure stakeholders remain aligned on priorities and deliverables.
- Prepare regular project status reports, progress updates, risk logs, and other relevant documentation.
- Manage project scope, dependencies, changes, and potential delays to keep delivery on track.
- Coordinate application implementation, testing, and deployment activities with technical teams.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, up to date, and aligned with project governance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve project coordination, delivery efficiency, and overall project performance.
