Job Description:
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects within the banking and financial services environment, from initiation through implementation and project closure.
- Manage project planning, scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Apply Agile methodologies and Scrum framework to manage project delivery and ensure continuous value delivery.
- Facilitate and coordinate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective sessions.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate business objectives and requirements into clear project deliverables, milestones, and actionable plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and blockers, and implement appropriate mitigation and escalation strategies.
- Manage project dependencies across business, technology, vendors, and third-party stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, risk registers, action items, and project dashboards.
- Provide regular project status updates to management and key stakeholders, including progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery forecasts.
- Ensure project deliverables comply with banking standards, internal policies, security requirements, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, release, and post-implementation activities.
- Drive effective communication and collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and improve project delivery efficiency.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, IT Project Lead, or similar role.
- Mandatory experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Strong hands-on experience managing IT projects using Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, SDLC, and software development lifecycle.
- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams consisting of Business, Product, Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, and other technology functions.
- Strong project management skills covering scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of banking/financial technology environments and business processes.
- Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, management, vendors, and third parties.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to create and present project status reports, project plans, dashboards, and management reports.
- Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Willing to work WFO (Work From Office) in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta.
- Banking/Finance project experience is mandatory.
