Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end IT projects.
- Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder management, and project delivery, ensuring projects are completed within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and coordinate dependencies across business, technology, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, DevSecOps, and project delivery methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall. Experience in banking system implementation is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage project risks, issues, actions, and dependencies (RAID), develop mitigation plans, resolve critical issues, and escalate matters to project sponsors and steering committees when necessary.
- Experienced in project governance, quality assurance, and compliance oversight, ensuring adherence to architecture standards, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Skilled in preparing project dashboards, KPI reports, executive status updates, steering committee materials, and management presentations.
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to facilitate decision-making and align business and technical objectives.
- Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage. Previous experience working with global consulting firms is a plus.
