Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Project Management Officer PT Bawana Margatama
We are looking for an experienced IT PMO / IT Project Management Officer to support the planning, monitoring, and coordination of IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the progress of IT projects, including timeline, milestones, deliverables, and budget.
- Coordinate with IT Product Owners and relevant stakeholders to ensure projects run according to plan.
- Identify project issues, bottlenecks, and risks, and coordinate appropriate mitigation actions.
- Maintain project records and ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.
- Prepare regular project progress reports and dashboards for management.
- Monitor project activities and follow up on outstanding tasks and deliverables.
- Support the use of project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or Azure DevOps.
- Support project evaluation after implementation and prepare relevant reports.
- Perform other project management-related activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management / PMO.
- Experience handling and monitoring multiple IT projects.
- Good understanding of IT project processes and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to prepare project reports and dashboards.
- Familiar with Jira, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
