Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and tracking project activities and milestones.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, maintain project dashboards and schedules, and prepare regular status reports.
- Follow up on project tasks, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Organize and attend project meetings, including kickoff, progress, and closing meetings, with on-site meetings when required.
- Identify, monitor, and escalate project risks, issues, and changes that may impact timelines or deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and BAST.
- Support effective stakeholder communication and maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Information System, Business Administration, etc;
- 1+ years experience in a similar role;
- Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills;
- Analytical skills are necessary in order to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project;
- Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once;
- A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skill;
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations;
- Project Management Tools (Trello, Jira)
- Ability to handle Project planning and tracking, project reporting and documentation, and risk and issue tracking
- Basic knowledge deployment with docker and kubernetes
- Basic knowledge of dashboard & data visualizations
- Have good written and spoken English skills.
