Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Project Management Officer (Banking Placement) PT Sigma Global Teknologi
We are seeking to hire a PMO Team Member (middle level) for our ongoing project. This role is crucial to the success of our project, and we are looking for a candidate who can independently manage and coordinate project activities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure adherence to standard & governance.
The project involves working with several stakeholders such as Transaction Banking (“TB”), Systems, Operations, Treasury, Compliance, Financial Crime and Risk team from both MUFG (in-country, region and headquarters) and partner bank, including respective senior management members as steering committee members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management in banking industry, with a focus on PMO roles.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects independently.
- Fluent and Excellent communication skills in both English is a MUST and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Logical, and efficient, with creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with international teams and values working in a multicultural environment.
- To Have knowledge of TB products and experience in TB projects.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry handling TB projects.
- Proficient with project management tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Lead with managing big-scale project risks, issues, action items, schedules, meetings.
- Monitor and remind stakeholders of major follow-up items and deadlines.
- Lead and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Manage and update the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support project activities and ensure its compliance with standards and governance.
- Update project management documentation, and present the documents to wider audience.
- Contribute to quality reviews and coordinate activities in support of quality objectives.
- Develop and deliver high-quality reports and presentations using PowerPoint to effectively communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders.
