Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Project Delivery, Application Delivery, or a related IT role.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong project coordination and project management skills.
- Experience working with banking or financial institutions is highly preferred.
- Knowledge or experience with Core Banking systems is an advantage.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of application implementation, installation, and configuration.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of assigned project activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willing to work on-site at UOB Plaza, Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate project activities with relevant technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support and execute technical activities, including installation, configuration, application setup, and implementation.
- Proactively monitor project activities, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and work with relevant teams to drive timely resolution.
- Track project progress, deliverables, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Prepare and provide regular project status updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure project activities are executed according to the agreed timeline, scope, and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical or implementation-related issues during project delivery.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all relevant project items are properly tracked and followed up.
- Take a proactive approach in identifying opportunities to improve project execution and prevent potential delays.
