IT Project Coordinator (Web & Mobile App)

## Job Overview

We are looking for an **IT Project Coordinator** to support and coordinate web, mobile application, and custom system development projects.

This role is suitable for someone who understands the fundamentals of software development, has a good eye for UI/UX and visual quality, and is able to translate business or client requirements into clear instructions for designers and developers.

You will work closely with clients, UI/UX designers, developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered according to the agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.

## Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate website, mobile application, and custom system development projects from initial requirements to project delivery.

* Gather, document, and clarify business and client requirements.

* Translate client requirements into clear tasks, user flows, feature descriptions, and development briefs.

* Communicate project requirements and priorities to developers and UI/UX designers.

* Monitor project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and outstanding tasks.

* Conduct regular follow-ups with developers, designers, clients, and other stakeholders.

* Review website and application interfaces to ensure visual consistency, usability, responsiveness, and alignment with approved designs.

* Perform basic quality assurance and user acceptance testing before delivering projects to clients.

* Identify bugs, visual inconsistencies, missing features, and usability issues.

* Prepare meeting notes, project documentation, progress reports, and task updates.

* Assist in managing change requests and ensuring additional requirements are properly documented.

* Escalate technical blockers, timeline risks, and scope issues to the project lead or management.

* Support the project handover, deployment, training, and post-launch coordination process.

## Requirements

* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT project coordination, digital project management, business analysis, quality assurance, or a related role.

* Experience handling website, mobile application, or custom software development projects.

* Basic understanding of software development processes and project lifecycles.

* Familiar with web technologies, mobile applications, CMS platforms, and custom system development.

* Understands basic technical concepts such as APIs, databases, frontend, backend, hosting, domains, staging environments, and production environments.

* Able to create or understand basic user flows, process flows, wireframes, and functional requirements.

* Has a good visual eye and can identify UI/UX, layout, spacing, typography, responsiveness, and design consistency issues.

* Strong communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

* Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a digital agency, software house, technology company, or startup.

* Experience managing projects using Next.js, React, React Native, WordPress, or similar technologies.

* Familiar with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms.

* Familiar with Figma and able to review designs or leave clear feedback for UI/UX designers.

* Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, sprint planning, and software testing.

* Experience preparing functional requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, or project specifications.

* Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure, third-party integrations, analytics, and deployment processes is an advantage.
