Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Project Admin (1-Month Contract) PT. Siggap Teknologi Internasional
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary PIC for the project, tracking daily progress and ensuring smooth operations.
- Upload, organize, and maintain all technical and project-related documents into the system accurately.
- Coordinate with QA team to secure final approvals and sign-offs for project deliverables.
- Manage real-time updates and handle administrative issues during the night shift.
Requirements:
- Male preferred (due to mandatory night shift requirements)
- Must be willing and able to work regular night shifts.
- Must be domiciled in Jakarta Selatan, as the role is on site in Ragunan.
- Prior experiences as a IT Project Admin , Document controller, or tech-related project is highly preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, data entry skills
- Can join ASAP for 1 month project-based contract.
