📡We’re Hiring: IT Programmer
PT Mitra Sinergi Telematika is expanding and currently looking for an IT Support our internal system operations and application needs.
This role will be responsible for supporting users, handling system issues, troubleshooting application problems, assisting with ERP system operations, managing database queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth business application performance.
Key Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
✔ Understanding of PHP, especially Laravel Framework
✔ Able to work with MySQL Raw Query.
✔ Understanding of JavaScript.
✔ Familiar with ERP system concepts and business processes
✔ Understanding of REST API concepts.
✔ Able to troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support to users.
✔ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills
✔ Able to coordinate with users and internal teams regarding system issues or improvement needs.
✔ Willing to adapt to changes in technology, framework, or system requirements.
✔ Having experience in application support, ERP support, or internal system support is a plus.
✔ Fresh graduates are welcome, but candidates with internship or work experience in IT support/application support will be prioritized
