We are currently looking for talent in the IT Engineer position to work on-site in Jakarta. If you have experience with databases and queries and have basic skills in managing public clouds, read below for more requirements to qualify, and let's join us!

Job Description

Work on-site 24/7, divided into three shifts per day.

Responsible for system monitoring and basic troubleshooting in accordance with SOP documents.

Assist L0 - IT Helpdesk Support in executing simple troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Digital systems and services.

Coordinate with the Engineering team to troubleshoot and reconfigure systems.

Tasked to maintain reliability, availability, and service success rates according to targets.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) Education

Proficiency in at least one programming language.

Soft competencies demonstrated by initiative, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Basic proficiency in using the Linux operating system. LFCA certification is a plus.

Basic skills in public cloud/IaaS management such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Azure, or OpenStack. Experience with Linux Practical DevOps (LF-DOS) training is a plus.

Internal certification or equivalent training consistent with the Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS) syllabus is a plus.

Experience in ETL processing and database query skills.
