IT Product Owner

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum > 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
• Able to collaborate with the business team to prepare business case plans and obtain approval from relevant users;
• Able to coordinate with relevant teams to gather and finalize business requirements;
• Have experience working in the finance industry (Insurance, banking, etc.)- (Mandatory)
• Full WFO in Jakarta
• Willing to work in the finance industry

Job Description

• Prepare a complete project plan, including project schedules, deliverables, personnel plans, deployment plans, change management, and assist with project planning;
• Prepare Kick-Off Meetings and manage expectations from relevant users;
• Manage the project team to plan the project to meet the agreed timeline, scope, and cost;
• Manage issues and risks across the project;
• Prepare project status reports and ad hoc project reports as required by BPUI;
• Prepare the Project Implementation Report (PIR) after go-live;
• Ensure all project documents are completed in accordance with applicable BPUI procedures;
• Perform all tasks in accordance with all BPUI policies and procedures;
