Job Description
- Responsible for the localization of OSI cross-border e-commerce APP in Indonesia;
- According to the development trend of Indonesian e-commerce industry, analyze competing products, collect market demand, continuously improve and optimize App performance, and improve marketing effect;
- Responsible for the daily optimization of the product, continuously track and adjust the product improvement plan, function launch, and customer feedback, continuously optimize the user experience, and improve user satisfaction;
- Responsible for the improvement of product functions, styles and interaction effects
- Coordinating with OSI sales department, FBO department (Warehouse,logistic) in Indonesia and IT department in Headquarter China to push projects.
- Effectively connect with the development, testing, and operation teams of China headquarters, and follow up user feedback.
Job Requirements
- More than 1 year working experience in Internet products, familiar with Indonesia's local e-commerce market, and familiarity with cross-border e-commerce is preferred;
- Have excellent Internet thinking and rigorous logic;
- Good communication skills and keen observation, have an understanding of the local B2B market in Indonesia;
- Strong executive ability, strong sense of work responsibility, strong subjective initiative, able to withstand greater work pressure, strong sense of teamwork;
- Proficient in using commonly tools such as Axure, Xmind, Visio;
- Spoken English is fluent and can be used as a working language.
