Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product vision, roadmap, and requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, digital marketing) to deliver high-quality products.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of features within scope and budget.
Communicate product plans, progress, and results to executives, customers, and teams.
Manage product lifecycle, including launch, maintenance, and end-of-life.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Support the development of product positioning, messaging, and customer-facing materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are addressed and aligned with product priorities
Mitigate any potential conflicts or bottlenecks during the product lifecycle.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, ensuring that the product is aligned with user expectations and business needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of product management experience in IT.
Having skills in Agile methodologies, product development lifecycle, product launch
Having skills in communication, leadership, collaboration, decision making
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and balance short-term goals with long-term vision.
Having strong analytical skills, with the ability to define metrics and KPIs for product performance.
Willing to WFO in Jakarta Area
