Tentang Perusahaan / Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated professional to design, develop, and implement an internal ticket-checking and workflow process tailored for our operations in Korea. You will play a key role in digitalizing and streamlining internal request processes, ensuring smooth communication and efficient issue tracking.
Tanggung Jawab Utama (Key Responsibilities)
Process Design & Implementation: Design and deploy internal ticketing and workflow tracking systems or configure established platforms to fit operational needs.
Workflow Optimization: Streamline internal processes to reduce bottlenecks, improve response times, and align with Korean business operational standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve system issues, and optimize user experience.
Documentation & Support: Maintain clear system documentation, monitor performance, and provide training or ongoing support for internal users.
Kualifikasi (Requirements)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT system analysis, business process management, or internal tool implementation.
Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into efficient digital workflows.
Language: Good command of English (written and verbal). Ability to communicate or understand Korean is a strong plus.
