Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in IT major
- Understanding all project scope (objective, timeline, cost, resource deliverable)
- Leadership skill for decision making and support to acvhieve project objectives
- Strong organizational skills in planning timelines, resources, and tasks efficiently, ensuring projects stay on track
- Problem solving to identify issues, analyze their root causes, and develop solutions for overcoming obstacles during the project.
- Understanding and managing project budgets, expenses, and resources effectively is key to delivering projects within financial constraints.
Responsibilities :
- Overall Project Lead – responsible for the overall quality and timeliness of implementation phase
- Maintain overall project timeline, cost, and resource
- Manage dependencies to other BAU initiatives for core & surrounding system (alignment with BAU)
- Responsible to manage PMO team’s activities & deliverables to facilitate smooth project management
- Understand and report on overall project status and progress, risk/issue from all workstream
