We are currently looking for IT Operations to be placed at our banking client.

We’re hiring:

IT Operations

Location: Central Jakarta (Banking Industry)

Contract: 12 months (review every 4 months)

Min. Exp : <1 yoe

Education : D3/S1, STEM (required)

Work Arrangement: Work From Office, Shift (required)

Onboarding: Max. 2 weeks notice

Process: CV Screening – User Interview

(Please prepare supporting documents for presentation/interview purposes, such as project documentation.)

Requirements:

1. Basic understanding of Linux & Windows operations, including commands, services, and monitoring.

2. Familiar with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL.

3. Able to perform basic system/application monitoring and troubleshooting.

4. Familiar with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Elastic, or similar tools.

5. Able to follow operational SOPs, check logs, handle alerts, and perform backup & restore processes.

6. Basic networking knowledge (IP address, ping, port checking).

7. Willing to work in shifts.

Shift Schedule:

Morning Shift: 06.00 – 15.00

Afternoon Shift: 14.00 – 23.00

Night Shift: 22.00 – 07.00
