Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-minded IT Operations Staff to support the company's day-to-day IT operations. This role combines IT asset management, end-user technical support, employee onboarding and offboarding support, and Pearson VUE Test Center operations to ensure smooth, reliable, and efficient technology services.
Role Responsibilities:
- IT Asset Management – Maintain IT asset inventory, track device allocation, and ensure accurate asset documentation.
- Employee IT Support – Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing, collecting, and managing IT equipment and related access.
- End-User Technical Support – Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance for laptops, PCs, printers, and office network connectivity.
- IT Equipment Maintenance – Help ensure end-user devices and office IT equipment are properly maintained and operational.
- Pearson VUE Test Center Operations – Support test center activities in accordance with established procedures, including candidate admission, examination administration, and printing of test results.
- Documentation & Compliance – Maintain accurate operational records and handle company and candidate information with confidentiality.
Skill Set Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity.
- Familiarity with IT troubleshooting and device maintenance.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, service orientation, and ability to multitask.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to learn and support various IT operational activities.
