The IT Support and IT Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include monitoring and resolving IT issues, managing network systems, overseeing ticketing processes, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that all IT services meet high standards of performance and security. The role also involves leading and developing IT personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment, and continuously improving IT processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.

We are looking for candidates with an Associate Degree and between 3 to 5 years of experience in IT-related fields. Ideal candidates should possess strong skills in People Development, Ticketing System, IP Networking, Wireless Networking, Teamwork, Customer Satisfaction, Communication Skills, IT Management, Computer Networking, Technical Support, and Team Management.
