Position : IT Operations Manager
Location: Gambir, Central Jakarta
We are looking for a senior IT Operations Manager to lead end-to-end IT operations for a telecom operator. The role will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, stability, and continuous improvement of a complex IT ecosystem supporting 100+ business-critical applications across BSS, OSS, Enterprise, Digital, and third-party service provider domains.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 12–18+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in IT Operations leadership roles.
- Strong experience supporting telecom operators or large enterprise environments.
- Proven experience managing 100+ applications and complex IT ecosystems.
- Proven experience leading 50+ resources across onsite and offshore locations.
- Strong experience in multi-vendor service delivery and operational transformation.
- Strong understanding of Telecom BSS/OSS environments.
- Strong knowledge of Application Operations & Support Management and ITIL Service Management Processes.
- Experience with network, security, database, middleware/integration, cloud, monitoring/observability, automation, and AIOps technologies.
- Strong executive stakeholder management, crisis/major incident management, strategic planning, and operational transformation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day IT operations supporting 100+ applications across BSS, OSS, Enterprise, Digital, and third-party service provider environments.
- Manage 24x7 IT operations through onsite and offshore teams.
- Ensure compliance with agreed SLA, KPI, OLA, and contractual commitments.
- Lead Major Incident Management (MIM), service restoration, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Problem Management, and Change Management.
- Oversee application operations, maintenance, monitoring, batch processing, integrations, and business continuity.
- Govern infrastructure operations covering servers, storage, cloud, middleware, virtualization, network, security platforms, and databases.
- Manage network technologies including LAN, WAN, WLAN, routing, switching, firewalls, WAF, VPN, and load balancers (F5).
- Oversee database operations including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
- Manage multiple vendors, system integrators, OEMs, and support partners.
- Lead and mentor onsite and offshore operations teams.
- Drive operational governance, executive reporting, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Drive automation, AIOps, observability, predictive monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Focus on reducing MTTR, incident volumes, and operational costs while improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Certifications:
- ITIL Foundation/Intermediate certification preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Service Management certifications are advantage
