we’re looking for an IT Operations Engineer to ensure our internal systems, workflows, and digital tools run flawlessly around the clock.
This isn’t a traditional helpdesk role. You will use your fullstack development skills to build internal tools, automate IT workflows, integrate APIs, and maintain the systems that keep the company moving. If you love writing scripts to eliminate manual work, building dashboards to monitor system health, and ensuring things just work behind the scenes, this is your kind of challenge.
This is a hybrid role based in West Jakarta, operating on a 24/7 shift rotation to ensure continuous support and system reliability.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Maintain, monitor, and improve internal IT systems, ensuring 24/7 operational uptime
✅ Build and maintain lightweight internal tools and dashboards (using React, Node.js/Python) to streamline IT workflows, asset management, and ticketing
✅ Write automation scripts and integrate APIs to connect our internal workplace tools (e.g., Slack, Jira, HRIS, identity providers)
✅ Manage and query SQL databases for user provisioning, reporting, and data accuracy
✅ Troubleshoot system failures, debug API errors, and deploy fixes using Git and Docker
✅ Work collaboratively within a shift roster to ensure seamless handovers and continuous operational coverage
Who You Are:
✅ 0–2 years of experience in software engineering, IT automation, or technical support, with a strong desire to code
✅ Solid foundation in fullstack basics: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and backend logic (Node.js or Python)
✅ Comfortable writing SQL queries and working with REST APIs
✅ Familiar with Git, Docker, and basic cloud/terminal commands
✅ Willing and able to work in a 24/7 shift schedule (5 working days, 2 days off per week, on a rotating roster)
✅ Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and proactive about automating repetitive tasks
