IT Operations Engineer

We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on Operations & IT Coordinator to support our restaurant group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety — one day troubleshooting a POS terminal or internet outage, the next day sourcing suppliers, coordinating an event, or helping organize legal paperwork. You’ll be a key operational partner to the General Manager, keeping the technical and administrative backbone of the business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Technology & Systems
Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot POS systems across all outlets
Diagnose and resolve internet/network connectivity issues, coordinating with ISPs as needed
Maintain basic IT infrastructure (routers, printers, tablets, payment devices)
Keep software and systems updated; train staff on POS and other tools

Procurement & Sourcing
Research and source new products, suppliers, and vendors to improve quality, cost, or variety
Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors
Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance

Events & Catering
Plan and coordinate private events, catering orders, and special functions
Liaise with clients, kitchen, and service staff to ensure smooth execution
Manage event logistics, timelines, and budgets

Administrative & Legal Support
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal and business documents (contracts, permits, licenses)
Maintain organized records and documentation
Support the GM with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
2+ years of experience in a similar operations, IT support, or administrative role (hospitality experience a plus)
Working knowledge of POS systems and basic networking/troubleshooting
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Good written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
Comfortable with vendor negotiation and basic contract/document review
Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure
Valid driver’s license (may require travel between outlets/suppliers)
