Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of Salesforce Setup, Event Monitoring, and Salesforce Shield.
4. Proficient in using standard ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Desk or ServiceNow.
5. Experience with monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or Salesforce Optimizer.
6. Familiarity with SOQL queries, API structures (REST/SOAP), and automated log analysis.
7. Good understanding of System Monitoring and Incident Management processes.
8. Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) certification is an advantage.
