Job Description :
- Experience with aviation software is an advantage
- Have technical skill in windows server, linux fundamentals, SQL databse, networking, helpdesk/ticketing systems, basic scripting (powershell or bash), microsoft active directory, Microsoft office 365
- Provide technical support for airline systems and ensure they run properly
- Respond to IT support requests and assist users with technical issues
- Troubleshoot system and application problems, perform routine system checks, and escalate issues when needed
- Install, configure, and maintain systems, including software updates and testing
- Support airline operations, including Flight Operations, Crew Management, Ground Handling, Airport Operations, and the Operations Control Center (OCC)
- Help users during daily operations, provide basic training, and create user guides when needed
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, knowledge base, and incident records.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Support or Application Support, including supporting enterprise applications
- Experience in airline operations is preferred, and experience with aviation software is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux fundamentals, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Knowledge of SQL databases, networking, and helpdesk/ticketing systems
- Basic scripting skills using PowerShell and/or Bash
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
