We are currently looking for high-forte individuals to join our team as IT Onsite Engineers, where you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure solutions for mission-critical operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to users on-site
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Handle installation, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment
- Ensure all devices and systems are running smoothly
- Coordinate within IT team for issue escalation and reporting
- Deliver effective solutions to end-user technical problems
- Document all maintenance and repair activities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum education: Diploma degree in Computer and Network Engineering, or IT related field
- 3 years experience as an IT Onsite Engineer or in a similar role is a plus
- Strong understanding of basic troubleshooting (hardware, software, network)
- Familiar with installation and maintenance of IT equipment
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Communicative and has a good interpersonal skills
- Willing to move between work locations if required
